2008 – headed to his third Paralympic Games…
is the pilot for Daniel Chalifour who is making his Paralympic
Games debut…they joined forces in 2007 and won triple
gold on the track at the Pan Am Championships…at
the 1996 Paralympics, Cloutier was the pilot for Stéphane
Côté in men’s tandem and Julie Cournoyer
in mixed tandem… With Cournoyer he won the gold
medal in the road race at the 1996 Paralympics and in
the 2000 Paralympics they took silver in the road race
and bronze in the individual pursuit…
