Insurance for our cycling members is arranged through
a collaborative effort between the Canadian Cycling Association
and the Provincial and Territorial associations.
While membership dues (which includes an insurance
portion) is collected at the Provincial level, the policy
itself is administered at the National level in order
to benefit from the economies of scale due to pooling
everyone under one central policy.
There are several different types and levels of insurance
under this policy, each with its own use and purpose.
Most of this coverage is included as part of your membership
dues.
PLEASE NOTE: The Canadian Cycling
Association is pleased to announce that Marsh Canada
has been named the new insurance broker for the National
Insurance Program effective November 18th 2011. More
